Rapid Re-Housing

The Home Advantage Collaborative places Boston homeless families directly in permanent housing so that they can avoid a lengthy stay in shelter.

A couple with a set of keys for a house. The Home Advantage Collaborative transitions homeless families quickly into their own homes. Families enrolled in the Home Advantage Collaborative receive a rental subsidy which allows them to focus on saving money and becoming self sufficient. During this time, FamilyAid Boston’s case managers work with families in areas such as employment, education, and financial literacy to develop plans for their long term stability.
