RAFT (RESIDENTIAL ASSISTANCE TO FAMILIES IN TRANSITION)
If you and your household are at imminent risk of homelessness, you may be eligible for Residential Assistance for Families in Transition (RAFT), a state-funded homelessness prevention program administered by the Massachusetts Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities (EOHLC).
